Terms and conditions

Effective from 16. 10. 2026.

1. These terms govern the sale of motor vehicles, driving experiences, vehicle transport and other services offered on this website. Contracts are governed by Slovak law; for consumers this does not remove the protection granted by the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
2. Vehicle listings are for information only and are not a binding offer. Sending a form (booking, enquiry, trade-in) does not conclude a purchase contract. The purchase contract is concluded in writing.
3. Prices are in euro. Cars marked “VAT deductible” are sold with a VAT invoice. Cars sold under the margin scheme for second-hand goods (§ 66 of the Slovak VAT Act) are invoiced without separately stated VAT. Vehicle data are stated according to available documents and our own measurements; you may inspect the car and have it checked by an independent workshop before purchase.
4. A car can be reserved under a written reservation agreement with a deposit. Payment is made by bank transfer or via a finance partner; cash payments only within the limits of Slovak law. For higher amounts we are legally required to verify the buyer's identity (anti-money-laundering rules). Ownership passes upon full payment.
5. The car is handed over at our premises or delivered to your address, with a signed handover protocol. The risk of damage passes upon handover.

Driving experiences and gift vouchers

1. Drivers must be at least 25 years old, hold a category B licence for at least 3 years, present ID and be free of alcohol, drugs and impairing medication.
2. An instructor is always present; follow their instructions. The instructor may stop the drive if safety is at risk. A refundable deposit covers the insurance excess for damage caused by breach of instructions or traffic rules.
3. In bad weather we reschedule free of charge. You can reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before the drive. Vouchers are valid 12 months.
4. If the contract is concluded at a distance, consumers may withdraw within 14 days, except for leisure services provided on a specific agreed date or services fully performed with the consumer's consent.
5. If you buy the car you drove within 60 days, we deduct the price of the experience from the purchase price.

Vehicle transport

We transport vehicles in an enclosed trailer with our own vehicle or through a licensed contracted carrier. Online prices are indicative; the binding price, date and route are agreed before ordering. Photos and a handover protocol are made at loading and unloading; the vehicle is insured during transport. Report hidden damage without undue delay, at the latest within 3 working days.

Withdrawal from a distance contract

1. Consumers who conclude a contract at a distance or off our premises may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason: for goods from the day the vehicle is received, for services from the day the contract is concluded.
2. Notify us by an unambiguous statement, e.g. by e-mail to info@idealine.eu, or use the model form. We refund all payments including standard delivery within 14 days and may withhold the refund until the vehicle is returned.
3. You return the vehicle within 14 days of withdrawal and bear the direct cost of return (enclosed transport according to our price list). You are liable for any loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature and functioning of the vehicle.
4. Contracts concluded in person at our premises carry no statutory right of withdrawal.

Complaints and warranty

1. We are liable for defects present on handover. For new vehicles the period is 24 months. For used vehicles a shorter period may be agreed in the purchase contract, but not less than 12 months.
2. We are not liable for wear corresponding to age and mileage, defects for which a lower price was agreed, defects disclosed before purchase or listed in the contract or handover protocol, or damage from accidents, improper maintenance or modifications after handover.
3. Make complaints at our premises or by e-mail to info@idealine.eu with your name, the VIN, a description of the defect and the contract or invoice. We confirm receipt and handle the complaint within 30 days.
4. You are entitled to free repair within a reasonable time; if repair is impossible, repeated or delayed, to a reasonable price reduction or, for a defect that is not minor, to terminate the contract.
5. Consumers may request redress from us; if we reject it or do not reply within 30 days, they may file for alternative dispute resolution with the Slovak Trade Inspection (www.soi.sk) or another authorised ADR entity.

Privacy policy

The controller is AD GO s. r. o., Langsfeldova 5402/1, 036 01 Martin, Slovakia, e-mail: info@idealine.eu, tel.: 00421918873336. We process: member account data (name, e-mail, phone, country, language, hashed password, favourites) to perform the membership contract until you delete the account; enquiries and bookings for pre-contractual steps, kept 3 years; newsletter data on the basis of your consent until withdrawn; accounting records for 10 years and anti-money-laundering identification for 5 years as legal obligations; security logs (IP, logins) on the basis of legitimate interest for up to 30 days.

Recipients: our hosting provider Websupport s.r.o. (processor), our accountant, carriers and insurers where needed, a finance partner if you request financing, and public authorities where required by law. No transfers outside the EEA, no automated decision-making.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with the Slovak data protection authority: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, www.dataprotection.gov.sk, or the authority in your country of residence.

Cookies

We only use strictly necessary storage: the session cookie idl (login and form protection, up to 30 days) and the language preference idl-lang. No analytics or advertising cookies; fonts are served from our own server.

YouTube videos in the Academy load only after you click them, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). After you click, your device connects to Google servers, which may process your IP address and store their own cookies under Google's privacy policy. If you tick “Start YouTube videos automatically”, we store only a consent flag in your browser (localStorage) and the main video then starts muted on later visits. Untick it to withdraw consent.
